Your money is protected

All payments are handled by trusted processors — Stripe and M-Pesa — and GroundOps never stores your full card details. Funds for a task can be held until the work is completed and approved, so payouts are released only when both sides are satisfied.

For diaspora clients especially, visibility matters. Agents submit proof of work — photos and videos that may carry time and location metadata — so you can confirm a task was completed properly, even from thousands of miles away.

Privacy you can rely on

Community standards

We expect everyone on GroundOps to:

  • Act honestly and treat one another with respect.
  • Only request or perform tasks that are legal and safe.
  • Communicate and transact through the platform.
  • Provide accurate information and genuine proof of work.

Accounts that abuse the platform, attempt fraud, or put others at risk may be suspended or removed.
